The Romero Story
A fire in South Texas in the 1940s sparked more than loss — it lit a legacy.
Our Traditions Are Worth Celebrating
I started Romero Cookies because I wanted to share the flavors of my heritage in a way that felt elevated, authentic, and deeply personal.
Too often, cultural foods are treated as everyday staples instead of the treasures they truly are.
These cookies have been part of my family's South Texas celebrations for generations, and I believe they're worth celebrating.
That's why we've paired time-honored recipes with beautiful, gift-ready presentation—so every box honors the tradition, authenticity, and pride behind every bite.
We're not just sharing cookies; we're sharing a legacy worth savoring.

Wow! These cookies are great. Light yet crispy. The Stella's are my fav. The flavor of cinnamon & sugar is perfectly balanced.
We brought them to a party and they were an absolute hit.
Customer service is great, I was able to place the order from California for my friend to enjoy in Denver, Colorado. The order was freshly made and she was able to pick up the party platters easily.
We took these on a road trip to Disney! Everyone enjoyed them!
We took them as a present for our family! Everyone enjoyed them!
These cookies were surprisingly good - crisp on the edges and soft in the center. The sweetness was just right, and they had a nice buttery flavor. I’d definitely grab another pack for a quick treat.
