We make it easy! To experience our concierge serice - just fill out the form below. Once we review your details, a member of our team will reach out shortly with any questions before we begin.

Can I customize Packaging for my corporate cookie gifts?
Want to add your company logo or a custom sticker? We’d love to help. Minimum quantities apply, and pricing may adjust based on the level of customization.
Simply fill out the corporate gifting form and share your ideas in the ‘Any additional details?’ field. We’ll reach out right away to confirm everything.
Are there corporate order discounts?
When ordering lots of cookies for corporate gifts, specifically $2000 or more (~50 tins) within the year, you're eligible for our Fenix Club ($10 annual membership fee) and will receive 10% all your orders for the year.
You can pre-pay for 50+ tins and send them whenever you like. Once you reach the $2000 threshold, the 10% discount will apply to subsequent orders throughout the membership year.
How far in advance do I need to place my corporate cookie gift order?
We bake and ship to order each day, so we do need a bit of notice for large requests. Most large orders require one week, and customized orders need an additional week. Running short on time? Email us—we’re always happy to see how we can help.
Do you do anything special for corporate holiday cookie gifts?
The holidays are a busy time, so please allow at least 2 weeks for large orders. If your customization requires more logistical efforts, we need 3 weeks to prepare.
During the holidays, we are aware that shipping may be delayed. We try our best, but we also offer 2-day and overnight shipping at additional cost (offered at checkout).
We have holiday bands as well and provide gifting noticed through our GiftNote application.
