Self-serve orders have no minimum - a single tin ships happily. Custom logo and branded packaging orders have minimum quantities that depend on the level of customization. Share your quantity in the quote form and we'll confirm your options right away.

When ordering lots of cookies for corporate gifts, specifically $2,000 or more (est. 50 tins) within the year, you're eligible for our Fenix Club ($10 annual membership fee) and will receive 10% off all your orders for the year. You can pre-pay for 50+ tins and send them whenever you like. Once you reach the $2,000 threshold, the 10% discount will apply to subsequent orders throughout the membership year.

Yes - corporate orders can be invoiced. Place your order or request a quote and we'll send a payment link or invoice for your records. Need net terms? Mention it in the quote form and we'll confirm what's possible for your order size.

Want to add your company logo or a custom sticker? We'd love to help. Minimum quantities apply, and pricing may adjust based on the level of customization. Absolutely. We ship nationwide and can send tins directly to individual recipients - perfect for client lists or employee appreciation gifts. One order can cover every office, storefront, or remote employee's home: share a spreadsheet of addresses and we'll handle labeling, notes, and tracking for each box.

We bake and ship to order each day, so we do need a bit of notice for large requests. Most large orders require one week, and customized orders need an additional week. Running short on time? Email us - we're always happy to see how we can help.

The holidays are a busy time, so please allow at least 2 weeks for large orders before Thanksgiving and Christmas delivery, and 3 weeks if your customization needs extra logistical effort. We offer 2-day and overnight shipping at additional cost (at checkout), plus holiday bands and gifting notices through our GiftNote application. November and December corporate slots book by early October.
