I purchased these as a gift and as you can see, they came broken. Even the inside container was broken. On top of that the cookies taste very stale. Not what I have come to expect from you.

Your cookies were delicious the only down side was the packaging of the tin and two little gift boxes, they needed more padding in the box they came in to avoid the shifting/breakage of the cookies. Cookies were a little different from my very first order but overall satisfied. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures on how they were served, two boxes were gifts and the tin was for home. Needless to say everyone enjoyed the cookies. I'll be ordering again in the near future. Thank you Liddy.

We loved the cookies, I brought them to share with my family out of state for Mother’s Day. They were a big hit with coffee. We had them at breakfast and after dinner. We look forward to having more cookies at future family gatherings.

I never received my order. Texted, emailed, called more than 7 times without response. Then you said you personally mailed and would track. You did not make any effort to send replacement or even apologize for never really shipping. You did not refund my money and were rude when I notified my bank I had never received product for which I paid. Even after our conversations, you did NOTHING to repair this problem and poor customer service. You only complained that you had a $15 fee and loss of the money I had paid you (but still never sent cookies but wanted it to be my $ loss). Even after repeatedly telling you how you as a merchant could apologize for your lack of service and product, you have remained silent and unconcerned.
