Our Romero Variety Tin is filled with 80 of our signature cookies—Lunas, Stellas, and Valentinas—each baked from our family recipe and inspired by the beloved traditions of Mexican wedding cookies, biscochitos, polvorones, & pan de polvo. Together, they create a generous assortment that’s perfect for sharing, gifting, and celebrating.

Inside the tin you’ll discover three authentic cookies:

Lunas – our classic powdered sugar cookie with a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture that fans of traditional Mexican wedding cookies instantly recognize. Bits of toasted pecans will take you back to your abuelas kitchen.

Stellas – a light, delicately spiced cookie inspired by the warm cinnamon sugar flavor of churro-style cookies. Also known as biscochitos in the Southwest- but without anise. Stellas are a family recipe and our only nut-free option.

Valentinas – our heart-shaped cookie, slightly crisp and fragrant with the traditional spices - freshly ground Mexican cinnamon and sugar make the aroma memorable.

Each tin holds 80 cookies, making it ideal for gatherings, celebrations, corporate gifting, or simply keeping a beautiful tin on the counter where friends and family can reach in for something sweet.

We use the same recipe my dad used 40 years ago. No more than 8 simple ingredients. Made fresh with a healthy 90-day shelf life.

Each batch is sugared when warm.We use freshly ground Ceylon cinnamon for that oh-so-delicious aroma!

We bake, package, and ship our products ourselves. Third-parties don't touch your cookies. They arrive whole to enjoy with your morning coffee!

Ours started with a fire in South Texas.

Our history goes back to the 1940s. Four generations of bakers and entrepreneurs with the last name "Romero".
