We’re a Latina-owned, Denver-based cookie company rooted in four generations of Mexican-American baking tradition. Our signature Mexican Wedding Cookies are nostalgic, melt-in-your-mouth treats that we ship nationwide for birthdays, weddings, quinceañeras, employee gifts, and everyday moments of connection.
We believe cookies are more than just dessert — they’re a way to share culture, honor heritage, and bring people together.

What’s a Brand Ambassador at Romero Cookies?
A brand ambassador is the face and voice of Romero Cookies in the community and online. You’ll help us spread the word about our story, our products, and why Romero Cookies are the cookie for every celebration.
Specifically, we need help in markets and events in Colorado to help SELL our products. You’ll be called upon to man a table/booth at an event in and around the Denver area.
(We sell delicious cookies! People get excited about them! It's a fun job and we work with great customers!)
We need people to help set up and be stationed at event in and around Denver and throughout Colorado - you’ll be selling our product face to face- NOT just online.
You Have Options!
We’re an ecommerce business and ship across the U.S.
We’re always looking to expand our reach and would be delighted if you approached us with your pitch on how you’d be able to sell our cookies in your region. Not in Colorado, not a problem!
Whether that’s attending a local event in your area where you think our cookies will sell, or sending you some to sell wholesale- we’re up for almost anything that will help us get our cookies in mouths!
Our longer-term plan is to establish a network of brand ambassadors who want to sell cookies at local events and booths on our behalf. If you’re interested, drop us a line in our Contact Page.
(You'll be helping with set ups like these at outdoor and indoor markets. A good 'design' eye is helpful.)
What You’ll Do

Operate POS on Shopify - be able to work with technology and manage sales at events

Carry up to 50 lbs - setting up and tearing down at events can be tiresome but company is usually awesome and fun!

Represent the brand at pop-ups, events, or tastings (as available)

Provide feedback to our team on what excites your community

A PLUS If you can : Share your love of Romero Cookies on social media and create authentic content (photos, reels, TikToks, stories) featuring our cookies
(Another, more elaborate cookie set up for markets and expos)
(You'll interact directly with customers- and most of them are very happy and satisfied!)
What We’re Looking For

Passion for food, culture, and storytelling

Active social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, or both)

Ability to process payments online- comfortable with tech and overcoming tech challenges by yourself

Located in Denver, CO (preferred), and we’ll consider remote partners too
(Most of all, you have to have heart and believe in our product. We want people who can really make our brand shine.)
