Our Valentina Cookies — named for their heart shape — are made from a 40-year-old family recipe you won’t find anywhere else. Known in Mexican culture as pan de polvo or polvorones- they’re buttery, cinnamon-kissed shortbread cookies sprinkled with sugar and baked-in bits of toasted pecan.

Ours started with a fire in South Texas.
Our history goes back to the 1940s. Four generations of bakers and entrepreneurs with the last name "Romero".
We brought them to a party and they were an absolute hit.
Customer service is great, I was able to place the order from California for my friend to enjoy in Denver, Colorado. The order was freshly made and she was able to pick up the party platters easily.
We took these on a road trip to Disney! Everyone enjoyed them!
